Why can't General Motors keep all their brands?

Adding to the other answers, GM was built opportunistically, not by plan. It was formed in September 1908 by William Durant, as a holding company, and the next day purchased Buick (which was in trouble). It was a classic private equity play - acquire a troubled company, acquire more companies which add synergy, operate for profit. And acquire they did - adding Oldmobile later in 1908, then in 1909 adding Cadillac, Cartercar, Elmore, Ewing, and Oakland (which was eventually renamed Pontiac). They also acquired two truck companies - Rapid and Reliant - which became the basis for GMC. In 1910, GM made a run at acquiring Ford for $8M, but was about $1M over their skis and Durant lost control of the company to a banker’s trust. The business plan was still seen as sound, and under new management, pursued the same line of business - acquiring failing car companies, closing plants, merging dealerships, and increasing profits. Things proceeded pretty much apace through the 1950s, with the lines of business settling out into Chevrolet (co-founded in 1911 by Durant after he was booted from GM, acquired in 1918) as the lower priced line, then Buick, Pontiac, and Oldsmobile in the middle, and Cadillac at the top. Market dynamics increased price pressure in the mid-market after WWII, as there were more people with more money in the post-War boom, and greater aspirations led them to the mid-market marques. Figuring out how to define what each marque was became a big issue - the one that ultimately led to the discontinuation of two of them. Pontiac was “the performance division” - until large capacity engines showed up in Chevrolet in the 60s. Buick was seen as more “stately”, just a step below Cadillac, and Oldsmobile was a solid conservative statement (remember the “Not your father’s Oldsmobile” ads? That was in reference to the fact that “your father’s Oldsmobile” was pretty effing boring). With the voluntary import cap on Japanese cars in the 1980s, the Japanese manufacturers wisely decided that rather than profit on volume, they would profit on margin on higher prices (since the cap was in units, not dollars). That lead to Acura, Lexus et al. which not only put huge pressure on the US mid-market but also European imports, where a weak dollar increased prices. With more options, better build quality, and higher performance from abroad, the US mid-market and luxury market was pretty much in the tank. Eventually, the market voted with money, and the tale was told. Oldsmobile sold about 155k units in 2002, then only 125k in 2003, leading to discontinuation in 2004 where only 29k units were sold and the final wrap-up of about 2k units net in 2005–6. Note that in 1985 Oldsmobile sold over a million units, for contrast. Pontiac didn’t fare much better, dropping from 516k in 2002 to 410k by 2006, and 267k in 2008 before discontinuation in 2009. Consider that Toyota sold 435k Camrys alone in 2002, and that starts to look pretty grim. The bottom line is that there isn’t market for the brands, but if you look back over the history of GM, that’s not new. When was the last time you saw a Cartercar?

Can an EF-S lens fit onto an EF camera?

No, you can not attach a EF-S lens directly onto a Full frame body*. EF-S lenses are designed for cropped sensors, they are simple a different type of lens and optimized for the cropped sensor camera bodies only. It's like using the engine of a Toyota Yaris on a Toyota Land Cruizer. With some effort it could work, but.... *There is an exception to the rule. You can use a Reverse Ring Camera Mount Adapter and attach the front end of your EF-S lens to a full frame body. No, there is in general no difference in quality between a full frame and EF-S sensor, but there is a quality difference in the final and processed result, the image. The bigger photosites on the full frame sensor produce less noise and can capture more light, and therefor full frame sensors a capable to produce cleaner images with higher amount of colors.

What are your thoughts on Toyota President Akio Toyoda stating that Tesla has "not created a real business in the real world yet" and does not compare to Toyota's high-volume manufacturing and sales?

It invites an extraordinary debate. The Tesla folks went after it with a “technological bent.” They decided they would “control the cars using their tech ” in numerous ways and that is different and they are being sued for it in numerous ways (data.private information etc) Tesla is working on their “service network” but there is no sales network as this will be online. Issue is trade ins and “locality.” Folks like dealing with the local car guy….disprove that statement. Musk is great, they scream “million mile battery” for about 6 months then realize they need to change the business model to make money on a “million mile battery”. So the dialogue changes and we talk about other battery stuff instead. Tesla is run by humans and thus, like all human activity, is flawed. Tesla has, however, changed the “adoption schedule” for electric cars on planet Earth and they have done it “all by themselves.” The funny thing about this world changing thing? Tesla thinks that it has been about the technology because Tesla is a tech centric organization. Guess what? Tesla has built a growing brand on “cool” on “anti tradition” on “we are the future” etc….not, on tech. It is just an effing car, folks. The wheels go around and round just like all the other effing cars. About 650,000 people put a deposit on a cyber truck…..it’s about “cool” and there is nothing wrong with that. Toyota is highly annoyed for the most straightforward of reasons. The future that Toyota created some years ago was going to be hybrid/hydrogen and some electricity sprinkled in the future. Toyota sell about 10M cars a year and is the largest in the world. by the way? Their cars are good. and they are not cool and they sold more cars in November of last year than Tesla has ever sold in their existence. Toyota is not happy about being “told” they have to chuck libraries full of “hydrogen/hybrid and some electric” plans for “all electric.” Has it been 100% Tesla? The fan boys have changed the world? No it has not. A group of engineers working for numerous German auto makers did more for Tesla and the the electric vehicle cause than anything and that was “diesel gate”. A lot of Tesla folks don’t even know what happened in detail. They just think the VW ID3 isn’t as good as a Tesla. Germany went from diesel to electric in about 24 months. Diesel cars in the EU or on a short road to being banned. Daimler has canceled all investment into fuel systems and the engines they run on. Daimler invented the fucking diesel engine….it’s on it;s way out and it is happening quickly. Toyota is big and they have their plan and some diesel engineers in Germany blew the ever living shit out of it and Toyota’s boss is pissed. He looks around for a minute and decides to crank on Tesla. Think I’m making this up? Toyota essentially doesn’t sell ANY electric cars. They have a Lexus on the way for the EU and China because the governments of those nations have TOLD them to. Electric cars have become “real” for Mr. Toyoda.

What pros and cons does your car have?

I am from Philippines and I drive a manual 1997 Honda Civic EK sedan. I am sure if your a car enthusiasts wherever you are you know this car. This Civic is locally assembled here in Philippines since we have a Honda plant. Pros Reliability and Easy to repair - Old school Japanese models like Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda are known for their reliability, quality, to easy to repair. This car only experienced minor wear and tear, underchassis is newly overhauled, aircon is newly repaired, and engine was never overhauled. It has more than 100k in its odo and its performance can surpass a modern Civic. It is easy to repair and I can even do DIY repair and maintainance because it does not have a fancy technology. Honda spare parts is not a pain to my wallet and easy to find. Design - Even though it is more than 20 years old the design is timeless with its maintained paint. Suspension - It uses a ,double wishbone suspension, that you'll see on many racing cars and even some road-going supercars. That is why I love how the way it drives its like I am driving a stock family sports car. Engine - It has a D series VTEC engine that it is a beast even though it has more than 100k in its odo, it can still reach more than 100 kms without having a hard time. High resale value and easy to sell - In the used car market here in Philippines, Honda has one of the highest resale value. 90s Civic ranging from the EF to EK are still in demand especially if it's stock to buy and sellers, car enthusiasts, college students, and fresh graduates. I receive a lot of offers to buy my Civic. Of course, availability of aftermarket parts - All car enthusiasts will agree that Honda is easy to modify and it a good starter project car because the engines of Honda are interchangeable, and a lot of aftermarket products & brands are available for Honda. Unfortunately, I am a purist so I don't have modifying my Civic. Cons Prone to rust - 90s below cars are prone to rust in its paint and underchassis but this can repaired by professionals. Based on my experience, Honda's are criticized for their weak suspension here in Philippines don't know to other countries. After 10 years, a lot Honda owners undergo a overhaul in their underchassis the good thing it is back to its good condition and reliable in the long term. Others criticized me I am driving a old car and scared to ride with me especially in long drives because they don't trust my car. they thought that I am broke that cannot afford to buy a new brand new car. It is not a big deal to me because I know they are dumb when it comes to cars. I am sure that is one of the disadvantage old car owners faced.

What engine is stronger and faster between a 1500cc engine and a 3000cc engine?

That's not how it works. It depends entirely on what this engine is in. A 3l V6 Turbo in an Infiniti can get you 400 horsepower amd is really fast. A 3l turbo diesel in a Toyota Hilux is not fast at all. In the meantime a 1.5l engine in a tiny hatchback will atrughle to go past 150 km/h, while a 1.5l Yamaha motorbike engine can get you to 400 km/h on a racing bike It also depends on the manufacturer. A 3l Infiniti V6 turbo petrol engine gets you 400 hp, a 3l Audi V6 turbo engine gets you 340 hp. A 1.5l Renault EF-Type Formula 1 engine can give you over 1000 horsepower So this question can't be answered as such.

What factors should be considered in the selection of a car?

WARNING, PETROLHEAD ANSWER AHEAD, SOME DIRT WILL BE THROWN UPON DIESEL, PROCEED WITH CAUTION! All the criteria solely depend on what are your (mine) expectations from the vehicle. Do you want it to be useful? Or fast? Or to look good? Or to have it all? BODY This is one of the most crucial criteria while choosing a vehicle. This one basically determines what how the car will serve. Is it a family sedan? Or even an estate? Or a tiny city compact car? Or quite the contrary, forest pick-up truck? I don’t think this criteria needs further advice on what body type serves what purpose. ENGINE Now this is a dealbreaker to me. Every engine type has its own special purpose which it is typically not serving. The obvious example are diesel engines. Diesels were originally designed for the purpose of having huge amount of torque for relatively small engine displacement and therefore, towing some heavy things behind them. They also generate this torque in really low RPMs so running for hours and hours is not a problem for them. Thus trucks were born. This was, as far as I know, the reason for diesels to be born. Now they are overused in my opinion as most of the cars on the road are diesel. Oh sorry, got a little carried away. Anyway. Where I wanted to get is, that it isn’t good for a diesel engine to be driven just few kilometers around town. They start burning fuel most effectively at around 90°C which a 10 minute drive around town is simply not gonna achieve for them. What I wanted to say by this, if you plan on driving a lot and big portion of that on the highways or generally outside of the city, go for diesel engine. They are generally easier to operate, to drive, cheaper fuel-wise but more expensive to maintain. 1.6, 2.0 or even 3.0 L? I’m going to cross out 1.6 straight away because in my eyes, you will achieve virtually nothing by this displacement reduction. Let’s look at the 2.0 and 3.0 L then. Behold, our test vehicle: The Audi A6, it features both 2L and 3L. The 2L has 190 hp at around 4k RPM which is not the measure we’re looking for. What we’re looking for is torque which for the smaller unit is 400 Nm from 1700 RPM. This is pretty standard for the 2.0 TDIs but that doesn’t mean it’s bad by any means. This amount of torque is more than enough for one to get to around 5–5.8 l/100km consumption on highways. Now for the 3L the power output is 320 hp which for a diesel engine is a lot and 650 Nm of torque available to use from 1400 RPM. Why am I even mentioning this? Smaller and less powerful doesn’t always mean more fuel efficiency. See, it’s consumption-wise better to use 150 hp out of total 300 than to use 150 out of 150. See my point? For the petrol engines… They are generally going to have higher fuel consumption then their diesel cousins, that’s just the way it is. But if you’re looking for a strictly town car, for the love of god, don’t buy a diesel just because it has better fuel economy. The engine is eventually going to get effed. For a strictly town but not a tiny car I would advise something like this: Behold, the Toyota Auris touring sport. It is a hybrid. Worry not, they walked a long way from the original Prius. Their HSD system is quite amazing to be frank. The electric unit will take you up to 50 km/h and then the petrol unit kicks in and goes on with the acceleration but not as you would think. It has a similar system as scooters have, variator it is called, or at least in our language. The thing is it doesn’t change gears or more like it does all the time. Ugh, got a little carried away yet again… I swear I’ll be good from now. COMFORT and ADD ONS There’s not much to talk about here, if you want heated seats, go for them but try to limit all the add ons to what you will actually use. I’m deliberately using the word “use” because a heated steering wheel simply isn’t something one would need. PRICE,, obviously Also quite speaking for itself. Well that would be quite it. Hope you found this helpful even though I just stated some widely known facts. Cheers!

Is a Toyota Prius more economical than a Tesla Model 3?

Having owned a 2014 prius with solar roof package and selling it to get a performance model 3, I can say this: The hybrid doesn’t stand a chance in this comparison. Toyota is a great company whose fuel tank cost me about an average of 36 dollars to fill (Costco was cheaper once I got to Texas, so the average was lowered from California). That 10.5 gallons got me about 450-ish instantly re-replenishable miles. It’s oil changes were every 10k miles (only had to do 9 at around 60 bucks a pop) No transmission fluid needed until I get to 100k miles as recommended by the manufacturer, so that’s the new owners task now. Filters are cheap and I only had to buy 3, and will likely in model 3 too at the same interval. So far that is roughly 2000 gallons of gas at an average price of $3.43, costing $6,857.14 and 190 stops of 7 average minutes babysitting the pump + deviating from my path home (gas stations were usually 3 minutes to fill) costing me ,22, ,effing hours tending to the refueling dance and smelling that sweet 85 mix over the span of ownership. Oil changes at $630.00, ,and 2.55 hours waiting (at roughly 17 minutes average wait time) Then came the recall and firmware update to prevent the engine from stalling in some instances when accelerating quickly (updated for free at the dealership who truly had the fantastic customer service Toyota is known for during my 2 hour wait) that is 2 hours completely wasted NOT utilizing the internet for this update ,- which btw existed ,years ,before the prius was purchased. The dealer happily offered me a 10% discount off of the obsolete navigation dvd update for my wait (and I simultaneously partially died a bit inside and laughed at the $180 final price) My model 3’s expected maintenance (without any damn laser disc updates required), now having skipped any 10k mile oil changes at (checking app now…) 14,556 miles, has been zero dollars. This will never get above that for oil. Gear box fluid is cage filtered and should last the life of the motors. Every 50k miles (or 4 years) is battery coolant replacement time and 25k (2 years) for brake fluid. These are recommendations and not following them will not void the warranty. Tesla’s REMOTE diagnostics will be able to tell if the battery coolant is not thermally capacitive and you can likely run it twice that long as long as it is cooling properly. All the maintenance will be roughly 475 bucks every 4 years. Electricity costs me 2c/mile and the prius roughly 7c per mile. The Tesla costs a bit less than quoted since lots of my charging is free while at movies and museums and such, but I don’t keep track so don’t have actual data. Both never use brakes (the prius never needed brakes since it’s regen is also awesome, but not as good as the Tesla), so that calculation was not done. All this is to say that the best hybrid ever made (which mine was ,an older version of,) doesn’t remotely stand a chance against even the lowest end Tesla. The newer plugin Prius maybe - until you start hitting Maintenance.

With all the hype proclaiming the eurofighter to be insignificant next to the F 35, which really is the best combat aircraft?

It's really impossible to say from a performance perspective because governments jealously hide those secrets. If your question is "Based on all the known facts in all categories, which plane would you want to take into a war?", then the Saab JAS-39E Gripen would be my choice. The Gripen has the best A2A weapons in the world, is extremely cheap and easy to maintain and is perhaps the easiest plane in the sky to fly because it was designed with the notion that if Russia invaded Sweden, there might not be well-trained pilots to fly them. They're also the most technically reliable planes in the world with the Gripens A through C having only a single fatality in 22 years and zero engine failures in service with five air forces. That is a record that may never be broken. The value preposition means that you'd be getting the absolute most for your defence dollar which means that you could fill the sky with Gripens, hopelessly outnumbering any opponent using any other Western jet, especially that horrible F-35 which would be spending more time in the maintenance bay than in the air and would bankrupt your country before the war was even half over. The F-35 is a mistake, a mistake that is supported blindly by people the same way that republicans support Donald Trump. The F-35 was designed for one purpose, to enrich Lockheed-Martin at the expense of the American taxpayer. Funnily enough, it's these same people who are getting fleeced that support it the most because they believe that anything American must be superior (Yeah, tell that to Honda and Toyota...LOL). The most recent version of the Gripen, the Gripen-C requires only $4,700 and around three man-hours of maintenance per hour of flight. The Swedish government has been pressing Saab to reduce that number even further. I have read (but this is unofficial) that the Swedish government wants required maintenance per hour reduced to 20 minutes per hour of flight and the cost per hour reduced by 30% to US$3,300 per hour. To give you an idea of how cheap that is, most business jets require more than that and Saab even managed to get the Gripen to accept biofuel. In contrast, the F-35 costs US$42,000 PER HOUR to fly, requires TWENTY-TWO man-hours of maintenance per hour of flight and even requires special climate-controlled hangars! To make things worse, the pilots' helmets (which STILL don't work properly) are custom-molded so that only one pilot can use the one that they've been issued and cost....wait for it.... US$400,000 EACH! Furthermore, the ALIS computer system requires that the plane have a direct internet link to the Pentagon in order to operate so if your enemy takes out your internet, your air force is literally BRICKED! I don't know if you know this but WRITTEN PERMISSION must be obtained from both Lockheed-Martin AND The Pentagon in order to do ANY modifications to the planes themselves! How the hell is that plane going to be useful in war? It's very simple, it isn't. It is in fact a serious threat to Western security because of how bad it is. If the Americans ever go to war with these things, they're going to learn that their worship of greed and their inexplicable belief in American exceptionalism can bite them right in the ass. I'm not happy about it because they are, for the most part, good people but they've been programmed to not see the flaws in their own country. As an aside, the EF-2000 Typhoon would eat an F-35 for breakfast (remember that Luftwaffe pilots managed to defeat the F-22 on more than one occasion), don't believe Americans when they're hyping one of their "masterpieces". The fact that it is so overhyped tells me that it's a complete piece of.....fecal matter.

Why is Huntsville, Alabama rated one of the top cities to live in by US News & World Report?

It’s a combination of things: a booming job market for STEM grads especially, low cost of living, low crime, good healthcare and education options, pleasant natural surrounds. In recent decades Huntsville has exploded with growth. The highways can barely handle the onslaught of new transplants and always seem to be under construction, expansion, strain. My family has been in the area for two centuries now. Huntsville isn’t the most exciting place I’ve ever lived or visited, but I happily resettled here after misplacing what few oats grace had given me. It’s a best-of-both-worlds situation. It might remind you of the appeal of, say, Austin, just on a slightly smaller scale. I’m a little amused, but not surprised, by the incredulity on display in some of the answers and comments here, as if the magazine editors must’ve been drunk, as if here leaving your house for anything other than work obviously means driving a few hours to Atlanta. Huntsville has hosted a symphony orchestra since 1955 (that’s where I work). We have an opera company, a ballet, a hometown theater gang, a circuit Broadway league, local and national live music, art and history and science museums, fine dining, questionable-looking but divinely inspired Korean restaurants, dumpster diving, a research university and several other colleges, organized geocaching, recreational axe-throwing, disc golf, a gigantic arts and crafts collective, nearly as many craft breweries as Baptist churches, the works. Shucks, we even scored ourselves a Whole Foods and a ,Trader Effing Joe’s. Yes, much has changed here since the 1970s. Huntsville is encircled by purty bluffs and lakes and woods if you’re into that; those are still the same as they always was, I reckon. To be honest, having hainted these here woods for much of my life, the thundering development juggernaut rattles my chains a little. I worry about sustainability. The engine of our skyrocketing local economy is a US Army installation and affiliated aerospace research and industry, from NASA to Lockheed and Boeing. Not only do I suspect that our town must be fairly high on any respectable must-nuke list, but I question what might happen if all those research projects were culled or relocated by Washington with a few strokes of the pen. It’s a recession-hardy place for sure, but — for how long? Still, the scene is much more diversified these days than it used to be. Amazon, Facebook, Toyota, and other concerns have moved in. Sometimes you gotta get while the gettin’s good. It all began long ago when a contingent of good ole boys got together to transform their riverside farmland into an attractive lair for the US Missile Command, eventually including Von Braun and the Paperclip ,Volksgenossen. ,This association grosses some people out, understandably — the visiting British in particular, I’ve noticed — but my favored approach is to remain sensitive while not being too choosy. The moon landings and the International Space Station also have roots in Nazi laboratories, if you care to dig for them, and have you bought or stood near any Yamaha products, like, ever? Anyway, Huntsville stands out from the rest of Alabama as a relatively international, cosmopolitan, and progressive place. It ain’t Berkeley, but it ain’t Lick Skillet, neither. It has become a poorly kept secret. I suppose that’s what happens when you post an erect Saturn V rocket at the town gates.

Should I buy a BMW?

All the other answers to this question are pretty grim so I thought i’d chime in. Lets start from the beginning, It’s my first year of college and the school I’m attending is in the next town over. I’m 18 and regretfully haven't saved enough for a car. Luckily my brother was enlisting to the navy and he had a 2000 e39 528i that he got off some old lady so it wasn’t in terrible condition pretty decent for a used bmw. Me with a fresh license I’m given the option of borrowing his car while hes gone, so i figured hey why not. Wow I fell in love that day I know all the old heads out there are gonna be like ohhh but their so expensive to maintain, pft if you have to drive a lot and possibly enjoy driving faster than those around you like say me driving to school trying not to be late (or worse)to my first class of the day. now just as a backstory for all the people that possibly drive way more expensive cars I have only ever really driven Toyotas and a VW up to that point. I only felt truly comfortable when i was behind the wheel of that car I honestly stopped driving any of the other cars even when offered my response was always “I’ll drive if i can take the bimmer” now that I think of it this was the oldest car I’ve driven at the time (year back then was 2018) I was shocked at how amazing the car felt on the road I mean like I became a fan!. Coincidentally years before my mom happened to purchase a 1998 z3 with front damage from an accident that was sitting in a family members garage, simply because she saw me checking it out and asked if I liked it. I sure was surprised when we ended up towing it back home ourselves with a truck and uhaul trailer. So because of this i would occasionally look on the web to research what the heck was in our garage, we also had a 70s truck that belonged to my stepdad and an iroc z camaro that he was “fixing up” for my mom but ultimately sold in the end. The z3 sat collecting dust slowly over time collecting parts (never have your 18 year old order car parts.) ok back to the story fast forward to my brother getting back from boot camp. He takes the car away!! I know right geesh not even my car and im hurt, well he did need it so I of course understood but now I had no car yet again. Unfortunately enough my dumbass still did not have enough saved up for a car so It was either the bus or.. well I dont know what else I would've done since I couldn't walk and none of my friends had matching schedules. My mother bless her soul felt pity on me, I’m the youngest and dont ask for much so I’d say I’m a pretty inexpensive kid compared to my siblings who were all into sports while me I liked playing music and video games, that made me happy. I’m tellin you this car brought a new hobby into my life I didn't even think about cars until I drove this. ok sorry off topic anyways She has me get ready early one day when I’m off school and says “get ready we’re going to check out a car” looking back on it I was a mix of impatient and excited all I could think was “I cant wait to drive this mother effing car home”. We arrive an hour and a half away to the parking lot of some condos or apartments I cant recall and wait while we contact the owner. the owners wife brings the car out and hops out with her little daughter and tiny dog and hands me the keys to drive it around the lot I take it around the parking lot with no gas (lame) and return and say I like it. as this lady and my mom are going over the deal I’m noticing there’s no cup holders “whatever” I think I just wont drink anything in the car. they were actually broken, back then they didn't agree cars needed cup holders were essential because you should be enjoying the ride not snacking on the go and that was them beginning to add cup holders. I’m driving home and I notice the trunk light come on! well I checked and my trunk was still down so I kept on driving the freeway home following my mothers Tacoma. I get to my hometown and arrive at the smog shop since I needed smog for the car the guy comes back saying my engine light doesnt turn on and I outta clean under the hood. He certainly was right I did have to clean under the hood rat turds and leaves everywhere. I take it to the shop get a part replaced and also turns out the previous owner SHARPIED OUT the engine light icon in the cluster so it wouldn’t turn on. lucky me right? so all my friends are having a beach day and I finally get to drive myself, surprise surprise the headlight switch FALLS OUT literally just falls out i can sort of place it back and maybe turn the lights on but its pretty iffy so I end up leaving early to avoid trouble driving in the dark. I end up going to the same shop and getting that fixed. After these repairs were made I bought some cup holders and I instantly had my ultimate driving machine back I guess i never mentioned that the car we went to check out was a 2000 e39 528i just like my brothers but the sport version. He ended up being jealous since my car had a sports gearbox while he had a standard automatic and my car was apparently faster? we never got the chance to find out months later his car is in a flood and many more months later I’m rear ended at a red light totalling my car. Today I just got back from purchasing a 1997 e36 328i 2 hours away and already I’m noticing things I’ll have to possibly get work done on. Do I regret it? No I wanted this car I knew what I was getting into. Bmw is not a perfect car manufacturer, they make drivers cars, for people who like to drive. the saying goes “ I love my bmw…when its working”. I would recommend doing deep research on what kind of bmw you consider purchasing If you decide to give it a shot. some models are meant for certain types of people depending on the kind of driving you do (or want to do). I can most certainly say owning a bmw has changed me, I used to dislike driving now I look forward to every drive. and to answer your question I’ll ask you one myself, Are you ready to buy a bmw?
