@ASBBank 1 hour and 2 minutes to talk to a person who now needs to talk to the actual insurance company and will then call me back (they were fantastic btw). Has @ASBBank considered exiting insurance and leaving it to companies who don't treat it as a hobby ?

@ASBBank why am I getting payment fails when using my visa debt card this morning ? Nothing wrong with card and have piles of money in account 🤬 if not sorted asap you will be paying my late payment fees

@ASBBank PS: I've been an ASB Bank customer for over 50 years and I am seriously considering moving all of my banking and insurance elsewhere. It really shouldn't be this hard and it's not like you don't turn a pretty tidy profit each and every year.

@ASBBank It's cool, I'm still on hold (37 minutes and counting) but it's definitely time you guys sorted out your wait times. They've been terrible for literally years now.

@ASBBank PPS: if ASB let whoever runs the social media side of things take control of the call centre I suspect things would get much better quickly. Thanks for your quick response, your SM people have always been great.

How many decades is it now that @ASBBank Insurance's call centre has been "experiencing higher than normal call volumes" ?
