On this occasion I would say E EClass… Note road noise however as this has increased over previous years and there are a number of things you WILL need to make the car as good as it can be - namely the full widescreen and digital cock pit. 4 Matic is not a major concern but if you want it fair enough. Of all the cars, the other option you MUST have is the auto drive - Drive Pilot - of all three cars the E Class kills them all.. Then there are the other cool features… This video shows them all. Maybe take a look. I think after watching it…. you will go for the MB

I’ve been doing the latter! My 2002 Audi A6 Avant (wagon). Still have it. Thank goodness my husband is a genius about working on German cars. Last quote by the dealer to fix something was $7,000, a few years ago. Kelley Blue Book says it’s worth a max of $900 now and probably less.

Yes - It is best to call ahead and confirm condition before finalizing your bid, and making the deposit, especially if you’re going to have to travel to pick it up. Fortunately, if you decide you didn’t want it, you just lose your deposit. Back in 2008 I bought a 2004 Audi A6 S-line 2.7T with only 50k miles on it - in near mint condition - on ebay for $15k. That was nearly $6k below the KBB value at the time! The Audi 2.7 liter bi-turbo engine was one of the best ever made and would snap your neck back on the head-rest when it accelerated. Very fast and durable. That car saved my life on multiple occasions - including when I lost it in a collision in 2012 when a crazy lady in an old Honda illegally turned left on a red arrow - right in front of me. I had upgraded just recently to performance brakes, rotors, & pads, but stopping that heavy of a car - even going 25 mph still takes time. I braked hard and cranked the wheel right and managed to avoid directly T-boning her - hitting her right front wheel with the corner of my driver-side bumper, which, much like hitting a cue ball low, sent her car up into the air, rotating on its back wheel, then landing facing the other direction. She falsely claimed she was terribly injured and demanded to go to the hospital - but unknown to her, there had been a police officer right behind her with his dashcam on the whole time that caught her getting out of the car and looking around, etc. Also, it didn’t hurt that the whole thing happened RIGHT in front of the DC-MPD station on New York Ave. Cameras GALORE. Sorting out the claim took awhile, but in the end I owed nothing. Even my deductible was refunded.

I have owned 5 but the last one Audi I owned was a Audi A6 2.4 litre V6 and it developed serious electrical faults on 2 occasions, everything just stopped working like the air con,the ABS, EPS, the rev counter so I got rid of it for £500 pounds and never looked at an Audi again because the main Audi dealership wanted me to book it in for 2 days and I thought Sod that for a lark coz that's more than the car was worth, those so called Audi technicians ( mechanics) haven't got a clue how to repair a car. so definitely no more overpriced over here German cars for me anymore..lol.i have a beautiful Alfa Romeo Coupe now and it hasn't missed a beat in the 4 & half years I have owned it, who would have Adam & Eve it.!!!!
How would you defend your home in the U.K. against a home invasion, without a firearms license?
I completely get that home invasions are more common in the States but here in the UK it really never crosses my mind, if it does I more than likely think they're more scared of getting caught than I would be at finding them. My defence against burglars, I have a Rottweiler named Rocko and a Border Collie called Trip, no alarm, i'd like to say I make sure that my back door is always locked but to be honest its unlocked more than it is locked, the only time I lock it is on the rare occasion there are a lot of police out that night or a chopper in the sky, I also have two signs, one says My Rottweiler Lives Here and the other says My Border Collie Lives here. I have an Audi A6 Allroad Estate and my partner drives a Audi Q5 both of which are parked on the drive and on several occasions I've gone to leave for work in the morning and not been able to find my keys and actually found them still in the front door from where I returned the night before... I live in Wiltshire but I live in a well populated town, I know crime is probably lower here and maybe if it had of been a big City like London, Manchester, Bristol or somewhere else I would have lost a £45,000 car to thieves and possibly some possessions but as it happens I didn't. Also you don't really here of any burglaries, I lived in Bristol growing up and I didn't have an alarm there and our back door was always unlocked we were never burgled once and if one happened near us then we made sure we locked up tight for a few weeks then forgot all about it. When you did think about burglaries though you didn't think of 2 or 3 gunmen in balaclavas that would shoot you if you got out of bed and stumbled on them you thought of some crack head desperate to fund his next fix or a "tea leaf" as we call them who was a kid being a little shit to pardon my French. You mainly thought i hope he doesn't make off with the TV or "shit I'm not wearing any underwear i don't want him to catch me in the nuddy" So i'm not downplaying the crime itself it is serious but i think here in the UK it just isn't as big a deal or as a big a fright to the average joe and most would be burglars here are deterred by a dog's bark or even a light on.
